Full cross (weak in center) with clear bottoms of all four digits of date (especially the long tail of the 9), full but very slightly doubled shield with bold full dot-P-dot-T-dot to left, the denomination to right assumed due to the fact that there is no V component smashed into the shield, all nicely toned.
